摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for evaluating the fluidity of toner with high accuracy and no individual variation, and to make stably producible a toner which is free of problem in toner conveying property and always gives high image quality with good dot reproducibility by applying the method. SOLUTION: The electrophotographic toner obtained by sticking or fixing an additive to the surface of a powder comprised essentially of a crystalline-polyester-containing resin, a pigment, and a release agent, is characterised in that the value of torque and the value of load are measured which are produced when the powder is preliminarily made into compaction state to change void fraction and a conical rotor is made to enter into the powder phase up to 20 mm depth under rotation at an entering speed of 5 mm/min, and the powder is conditioned so that the inclination between void fraction (ε) and torque characteristic becomes -25 to 0 mNm/εand the inclination between void fraction (ε) and load characteristic becomes -8 to 0 N/ε.
