摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new nitrogen-containing condensed heterocyclic compound having high amorphousness and high electron mobility and exhibiting excellent performances as a charge transport material and an organic electroluminescent element material, the charge transport material, an organic electroluminescent element material and an organic electroluminescent element using the new nitrogen-containing condensed heterocyclic compound. SOLUTION: The new nitrogen-containing condensed heterocyclic compound has a partial structure represented by general formula (I) or general formula (II) (wherein, ring a and ring b denote each an aromatic hydrocarbon ring or an aromatic heterocyclic ring which may have a substituent; ring c denotes a hydrocarbon ring or a heterocyclic ring which may have a substituent; and R<SP>1</SP>to R<SP>4</SP>denote each a hydrogen atom or an optional substituent).
