PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mixing/granulating apparatus which can be produced at a low cost and can efficiently mix and/or granulate a material. SOLUTION: First and second bottom plate parts 15 and 16 having first and second tilting plates 18 and 21 tilting with respect to a circumferential wall 7 and a bottom wall 6 are set in the circumferential end part of the bottom wall 6 of a tank 2 into which the material is charged. A bent part 8 of the boundary between the bottom wall 6 and the circumferential wall 7 of the tank 2 is formed angularly to be bent approximately rectangularly and produced at a low cost. Separately, by installing the first and second tilting plates 18 and 21, in mixing/granulating, the material colliding with the first and second tilting plates 18 and 21 is mixed/granulated efficiently by springing the material upward by the component of the force.
