<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a purchase predicting system for accurately predicting the purchase amount of components or raw materials. <P>SOLUTION: A control part 1 predicts necessary components or its amounts based on production plan data showing the monthly manufacturing amounts and production base points of final products and a production ledge showing the components of the final products. When slave components are included in the components, the dealing of the production base points is converted, and the required amount of the slave components is predicted by considering that the slave components should be dealt with in the same way as the components of the final products. Then, the total required amount of raw materials is predicted based on the prediction result of the components and component weight information showing the required amount of the raw materials per the unit amount of the components, and the purchase sum of the raw materials is predicted based on resin unit price information or steel plate unit information showing the unit price of the raw materials. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
