DEVICE AND METHOD FOR MAKING PLAN ON PRODUCTION NUMBER FOR EVERY KIND OF PRODUCTS, AND ITS PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and method for making the plan on a production number for every kinds of products under the consideration of lead time which differs by every combination of parts production line and product production line for preventing the total number of orders totaling the kinds of products from being decreased within the range of the constraint of the possible production number of all the kinds of a plurality of functional components to be used for products.

SOLUTION: A calculating means 12 calculates the number of production plans by every unit line/unit function/kind by referring to storing means 36 to 48 on the basis of the necessary number of production of every vehicle line/vehicle type/specification calculated by a calculating means 10. When the necessary number of production of every unit function/kind exceeds the possible number of production, a calculating means 14 calculates how much production is decreased in which vehicle line affected by the production decrease adjustment of every unit function/kind. A calculating means 16 calculates the planned number of production of every vehicle type/specification and unit function/kind on the basis of the re-calculation result of the calculating means 12 by reflecting the calculation result of the calculating means 14.
