摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily realize an efficient and highly accurate adjustment of optical axes. SOLUTION: With the main housing 2 side as a reference point between two areas to be optically coupled, in an area from this reference point to a condensing lens 30, namely, in a coarse adjustment area, the amount of adjustment is larger compared with a fine adjustment area since the moving quantity of an optical axis is increased by the deformation of a sub housing 50 by the effect of the condensing lens 30. Also, in this area, the adjustment amount is increased as the reference point gets closer. On the contrary, in an area from the condensing lens 30 to the tip end (optical fiber 42 side) of the sub housing 50, namely, in the fine adjustment area, the amount of adjustment is smaller compared with the coarse adjustment area since there is no effect of the condensing lens 30. Also, in this area, the adjustment amount is decreased as the reference point recedes. Using such optical properties and shape-based characteristics, a laser beam is emitted while the distance from the reference point is controlled.
