PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a torque detector for extremely reducing assembly manhours, or assembly manhours to an electric power steering device as compared with the conventional since electromagnetic shield characteristics can be given, more reliably with a simpler structure, to a circuit board for packaging a torque computation section for calculating torque, based on a signal outputted according to the relative displacement between input and output members that are connected so that they can be rotated relatively coaxially via torsion bar.
