<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chair with a table with improved reliability and operability without a risk of rebounding, etc. <P>SOLUTION: The chair has the table 3, which is attached to a shaft 2 disposed above a side of a seat to extend in the front/rear directions in such a way that the table is turnable to a horizontal use position or an upward non-use position.
