PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exercise tool capable of relaxing all muscles other than the muscle required for stretching exercise and enabling even a person with weakened grip strength to effectively perform the stretching exercise. SOLUTION: This exercise tool is constituted such that the end parts of string-like elastic bodies 10 are engaged to each of both end parts of a belt-like member 20 composed of a freely bendable material. At the other ends of the two string-like elastic bodies 10, wrist mounting members 30 are disposed. The wrist mounting member 30 is constituted of a connection part 31 to be engaged with the end part of the string-like elastic body 10 and a winding part 32 which can be wound around and fixed to the wrist of a user.
