<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for sterilizing and washing small fishes or the like, in which invasion of a sterilizing agent into raw material small fishes is prevented in a boiling step and the sterilizing agent is not left even in the product and color and gloss as the product is enhanced and the quality can be improved by carrying out sterilizing and washing treatment of raw material small fishes with the sterilizing agent before boiling process and to provide an apparatus therefor. <P>SOLUTION: In the method and the apparatus for processing the raw material small fishes through a washing process, a boiling process and a drying process, a sterilizing and washing method and apparatus for small fishes or the like in which sterilizing and washing treatment of raw material small fishes is carried out are used as a basic means as a pretreating process for boiling process. Specifically, raw material small fishes are washed with a pre-washing tank 5 and then made to flow into a sterilizing channel 8 and a sterilizing water stored in a sterilizing water-circulating tank 12 is circulated through the interior of a sterilizing water-circulating passage 9 by driving of a sterilizing water-circulating pump 13 and then, sterilization of the raw material small fishes is carried out and the sterilized raw material small fishes are released on a conveyer in a bleaching washing apparatus 14 and a washing water is released from a washing nozzle 22 to carry out bleaching washing treatment. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
