PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep the shutter speed constant whether the depressing operation of a shutter button is quick or slow. SOLUTION: An engaging pawl part 12c is formed integrally with a release member 12. A locking lever 68 is turned on a nearly horizontal plane orthogonal to the moving direction of the release member 12. A pawl member 71 is movably provided in the guide barrel 68c of the locking lever 68, and energized by a spring in a direction where it projects outward. The flat surface 71c of the pawl member 71 abuts on the engaging pawl part 12c at a locking position where the locking lever 68 locks a shutter driving lever 66 at a charge position. When the shutter button 8 is operated to be depressed, the engaging pawl part 12c descends without exerting influence on the locking position of the locking lever 68 and is separated from the flat surface 71c, so that the locking lever 68 starts turning from the fixed locking position. A locking projection 68b is detached from a projection to be locked 66b and the shutter driving lever 66 is turned at constant speed and kicks a sector. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
