PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cylinder head and its manufacturing method, for efficiently cooling a high temperature part of a wall part of a cooling water passage. SOLUTION: The cylinder head 10 has the cooling water passage 18 in which cooling water flows. A wall face of the high temperature part 22a of the wall part 22 of the cooling water passage 18 has a heat radiating member 30 made of material with higher heat conductivity than the wall part 22 of the cooling water passage 18. Since the heat of the high temperature part 22a of the wall part 22 of the cooling water passage 18 is efficiently radiated through the heat radiating member 30, the high temperature part 22a of the wall part 22 of the cooling water passage 18 can be efficiently cooled. The water flow resistance of the cooling water in the cooling water passage 18 is adjusted by surface roughness of a face 30a in contact with the cooling water of the heat radiating member 30.
