<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air feeder of a fuel cell in which necessary consumption electric power in order to drive a fan for supplying cooling air and reacting air to the fuel cell are reduced, electric power generation efficiency is improved by humidifying the reacting air with a simple constitution, while furthermore suppressing large-sizing and weight increase of the fuel cell unit. <P>SOLUTION: A communication passage 18 is installed to communicate a cooling air exhaust port 12c and a reacting air supply port 12d, and this device is constituted so that the exhausted cooling air discharged from the fuel cell 12 will be supplied to an air electrode as the reacting air via the communication passage 18. Furthermore, a humidifier 24 is installed which humidifies the discharged cooling air by adding the steam contained in the reaction air discharged from the air electrode to the discharged cooling air supplied as the reacting air. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
