APPARATUS AND METHOD OF CHANGING SUB-SCREEN INTO MAIN SCREEN

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus and method of changing a sub-screen into a main screen which change the sub-screen into the main screen and display the same even when a synchronous signal of the main screen is not detected while a user views and listens the sub-screen of multiple screens and which enable the user to view and listen the sub-screen changed into the main screen in succession.

SOLUTION: The method includes stages of; (a) scaling predetermined first and second video signals selected from diversified video signals inputted from an external source such that these signals are displayed on the multiple screens composed of the main screen and the sub-screen; (b) detecting whether the synchronous signal of the first video signal selected as the main screen exists or not; and (c) changing the second video signal selected as the sub-screen into the main screen and scaling the same if the synchronous signal of the first video signal is not detected as a result of the detection.
