<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for continuously forming crystallized glass from a glass raw material. <P>SOLUTION: The apparatus is equipped with a melting device 11 for melting the glass raw material, a regulation device for regulating uniformity, viscosity and liquid level of molten glass melted in the melting device, which is connected to the melting device, a devitrification preventing device for preventing the devitrification of the molten glass caused to outflow from the regulation device, which is provided at the rear stage of the regulation device, a rollout forming device 14 for rolling the molten glass caused to outflow from the devitrification preventing device into a belt-shaped plate, which is provided at the rear stage of the devitrification preventing device, a pressing roller 16 for pressing the belt-shaped plate glass shaped into a belt shape in the rollout forming device 14, which is provided at the rear stage of the rollout forming device 14, a crystallization device 17 for crystallizing the belt-shaped plate glass, which is provided at the rear stage of the pressing roller 16, and a cutting device 27 for cutting the belt-shaped, crystallized glass plate B, which is provided at the rear stage of the crystallization device 17. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
