<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an isoflavone beverage solving such a problem that food made of soy bean, specifically such a beverage as soy milk is not so savory because of its peculiar smell or taste. <P>SOLUTION: The isoflavone beverage such as a bean curd refuse beverage is obtained by formulating extract liquid from bean curd refuse tea made of bean curd refuse produced during a production process of soy bean curd or soybean milk with a certain amount of isoflavone. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
