PORTABLE MASSAGE DEVICE

A portable massage device (1) is provided for engagement by one or both feet (8) of a user in order to stimulate pressure points on the underside of the person's foot or feet by engagement of a contact surface of the device with the person's foot or feet. The portable massage device comprises an elongate cylindrical foot support (2) at least a part of the outer surface of which is adapted to operatively engage the underside of a person's foot or feet to stimulate pressure points thereon, typically by means of a series are protrusions on that surface. The foot support has at least two spaced floor engaging rockers (3) operatively supporting the cylindrical foot support in an elevated position so as to be capable of being rocked to and fro by a person's foot or feet engaging same. Attachment means (7), typically a strap, is provided for releasably holding the device captive in relation to a person's foot or feet during use.
