<p>The cover assembly comprises a base 10 having a socket 11 for supporting a rotary washing line 15, a mast 16 upstanding from the base in spaced apart relationship from the socket 13, an arm 19 extending from the mast and a cover 20 suspended from the arm to in use overlie a rotary washing line supported by the socket 13.
