PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize an electronic music instrument having an autoharmonizing function which has a richer expression than a conventional autoharmonizing function. SOLUTION: A CPU 1, when conducts an autoharmonizing process responding to the operation of a switch 6 in accordance with a control program in a program ROM 3, sets high-pitched tone data of harmony sounds in a work RAM 4 based on the high-pitched tone of melody sounds from a keyboard 5 and sets the tone color data that are different from the specified tone color data specified by the switch 6, in the RAM 4. Then, music sound data of harmonized sounds are generated based on the set high-pitched tone data and the tone color data set by a tone color setting means and instructs a sound source 7 to sound in synchronism with the sounding of the melody sounds. |
