摘要 <p>In the receiver according to the present invention, a decoder (5) executes a one-time (iteration: 1) LDPC decoding according to a "sum-product algorithm" to a reception signal at a plurality of sampling points that become candidates of sample starting points. A phase error estimator (6) executes a phase error estimation according to the MMSE method using soft decision information that is output in the decoding process. A multiplier (4) corrects a reception signal based on a result of the estimation. A frame determiner (7) decides whether the correction processing is to be finished by comparing an average (A) of absolute values of the latest logarithmic likelihood ratio with an average (B) of absolute values of a logarithmic likelihood ratio one before, finishes the correction processing when B &ge; A, and thereafter sets a point corresponding to a maximum value of average values of absolute values of a logarithmic likelihood ratio corresponding to the candidates of the sample starting points. &lt;IMAGE&gt;</p>
