PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication device which make the delay time between an input signal and a receive signal as short as possible. SOLUTION: A trapezoidal wave voltage generating circuit 10 outputs a trapezoidal wave voltage through the charging/discharging operation of a capacitor C10 according to an input signal and a voltage-current converting circuit 20 converts the trapezoidal wave voltage into a trapezoidal wave current. A current mirror circuit 30 causes the trapezoidal wave current to flow to the voltage-current converting circuit 20 and supplies an output current corresponding to the trapezoidal wave current to a communication bus. An output current detecting circuit 40 controls the trapezoidal wave voltage generating circuit 10 so that when the trapezoidal wave current is larger than an absorbed current, the output current approximates the absorbed current. Therefore, the input signal and receive signal can be reduced in delay time. |
