SOLUTION: This liquid food containing a suspended floating edible solid material contains >0.03 pt.wt. and <0.5 pt.wt. of glean gum, >0.002 pt.wt. and <=0.05 pt.wt. of tamarind seed gum and >=0.001 and <0.010 pt.wt. of a soluble calcium salt and/or magnesium salt in terms of calcium and/or magnesium based on 100 pts.wt. of the formulated food or drink liquid.
