PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically select a customer having specific attributes from customers who have visited a store, and to give prescribed benefits to the customer. SOLUTION: A condition for giving benefits to at least one of various items concerning the attributes of a customer is preliminarily set. A customer who has visited a store is specified. Then, the information of the various items concerning the attributes of the specified customer is acquired. Whether the acquired attribute item information of the customer satisfies the preliminarily set condition is judged. Then, when it is judged that the attribute item information of the customer satisfies the condition, the benefits are given to the customer. |
