PURPOSE: A fence for protecting a pedestrian is provided to increase durability and quality of the fence by making the fence of an aluminum bar and to improve appearance by planting around the environment-friendly fence. CONSTITUTION: A fence for protecting a pedestrian is composed of a tetrahedron supporting part(200) penetrated and connected by an aluminum bar, a center supporting part(300) connected by an aluminum bar, a longitudinal rail(400) having an assembling unit connecting the supporting part to the center supporting part, an upper rail(500), a lower rail(600), and a display plate(700) combined with the upper rail and the lower rail to indicate facilities or characteristics of cities by logo or characters. A reinforcing pipe(210) is installed in an inner edge of the supporting part, and a reinforcing pipe is mounted in the center supporting part. An assembling plate is combined with the assembling unit and installed between the longitudinal rail, the upper rail and the lower rail, and a reinforcing pipe is installed in the longitudinal rail and the lower rail.
