PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensor unit taking out an analog amount from a pressure sensor disposed in a matrix state, having a short processing time, and allowing comparatively easy detection control and extension. SOLUTION: This sensor unit has: a pressure sensor circuit 1; a detection means 2 collecting analog output of the pressure sensor circuit 1, converting it into a digital value, and holding it; a reception means 4 receiving distribution data from a lower sensor unit, and holding them; a data formation means 5 imparting position coordinates of the sensor circuit 1 to the digital value to form collection data, and adding the collection data as a unit data block to the received distribution data to form new distribution data; and a transmission means 6 transmitting the new distribution data to an upper unit.
