PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent air blown from an air blowing device from scattering outside a cylindrical part of a vacuum device and also to prevent grinding swarf and dust smoke outside a dust collecting booth from entering inside the dust collecting booth after repairing damages in coating in a painting line. SOLUTION: A first shield plate 27 and a second shield plate 28 are provided in a storage 4 in the downstream of an intermediate inspecting part 3 and a storage 6 in the downtream of a dust collecting booth 5. A flexible destaticization cover 16 is provided at a flange part 15 at the lower end of the housing 14 of a dust collecting head 10 to collect the grinding swarf into a collecting hood 13 by an air blow from an air nozzle 20 and also to discharge the static electricity on the grinding swarf.
