PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fence having good external appearance which can be cut and contracted and is good in workability. SOLUTION: The fence is provided with supports 2, horizontal muntins 3 and auxiliary material 4. The support 2 is provided with a horizontal muntin insertion hole 21 on the side, and auxiliary material engaging grooves 22 in a horizontal direction of an inner face. The auxiliary material 4 is provided with an engaging part 41 engaged with an auxiliary material engaging groove 22, and a locking projection 42 for locking the horizontal muntin 3.
