A hermetically sealed container constituted of a thermoplastic resin container and a plug body unlikely to be loosened even when assembled with the container, and a vacuum test substance-collecting container having the hermetically sealed container. A hermetically sealed container is constituted of a thermoplastic resin container with one end closed and the other end opened and of a plug body capable of remobably sealing the opened the other end of the container. The plug body has a graspable head portion, a foot portion (A) extending downward from the head along an inner wall surface of the opened the other end of the container and capable of applying a fitting force to the inner wall surface, and a foot portion (B) extending downward from the head along an outer wall surface of the opened the other end of the container and capable of applying a fitting force to the outer wall surface. A load deflection temperature of a portion, in contact with the container, of at least the foot portion (B) of the plug body and that portion of the container to which the foot portion (A) of at least the plug body is in contact is not less than 60°C under a load of 0.45 Mpa or 0.46 Mpa.
