PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and quickly connect a user to a station which is desired by the user and is in a good communication state.

SOLUTION: A communication control program causes a wireless LAN interface to execute processing of SSID-unspecified probe and acquires intensities of reception waves from all of access points 111 returning SSIDs. The communication control program reads out profiles having SSIDs stored therein, in the order of priority and establishes a connection to an access point 111 of which the reception wave intensity exceeds a threshold, out of access points 111 specified by SSIDs. This invention is applicable to a PDA having a radio communication function.
