<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for improving a sheet transformer, its peripheral power supply module and the breakdown voltage between the circuits. <P>SOLUTION: The primary and secondary wires of the sheet transformer are formed on conductor pattern layers in the winding pattern formation regions 212 and 222 of multilayered printed wiring boards 210 and 220. An opening is provided at the center of each of the wires. As mentioned above, the original form of the sheet transformer is formed. Parylene resin layers 214 and 224 are formed on all the surface of the original form of the sheet transformer by vacuum deposition. Thereafter, a ferrite core 260 is inserted for the formation of the sheet transformer, and a silicone resin layer 240 is formed on all the surface of the sheet transformer by applying silicone resin on the sheet transformer in the air. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
