ELECTRONIC DOCUMENT PROTECTION SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic document protection system capable of showing proof of no illegitimate act or particularizing which of two parties commits an illegitimate act when either of the two parties does the illegitimate act in situation that the two parties communicate an electronic document with each other. SOLUTION: The electronic document protection system is provided on a third party agency. The electronic document protection system is provided with: a reception means for receiving an electronic document and information including its certificate information transmitted from a sender terminal via a secure network; an acquisition means for acquiring the identification information of the sender in the case of authenticating an access from the sender; a generation means for generating an electronic document and its certificate information obtained by furthermore attaching the certificate information including the sender identification information to the original electronic document and its certificate information; and a transmission means for transmitting the electronic document and its certificate information generated by the generation means to its destination and the sender via the network.
