ORGANIC EL DRIVE CIRCUIT AND ORGANIC EL DISPLAY DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic EL drive circuit capable of reducing luminance unevenness and of reducing an influence to be exerted on the luminance variation of every product, and to provide an organic EL display device.

SOLUTION: The transistor blocks existing at both ends in a circuit forming region of an IC chip constitute a dummy circuit which is not made the object for operation and therefore a D/A converter circuit formed in the transistor block existing on the side inner than the dummy circuit or the D/A converter circuit and a current source of an output stage are reduced in the deviation of the physical stress of the transistors forming these circuits and the current mirror circuit of the D/A converter circuit can be constituted of the transistors having a high pairing performance.
