<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of electric wires connected from an electronic control device while suppressing increase in cost, in a vehicular junction box. <P>SOLUTION: The vehicular junction box comprises: an integrated circuit IC stored in a housing 10, and having lead wire R inputting/outputting an electric signal between relay switches RL1 to RL3; and a bus bar 30a stored in the housing 10, welded to the lead wire R, and directly connected to the relay switches RL1 to RL3. Therefore, since the integrated circuit IC can be mounted in the vehicular junction box, for example, an electronic circuit functioning as an electronic control device such as an electronic control device for a body can be mounted.
