PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a video buffer circuit capable of switching video signals accurately with a simple configuration. SOLUTION: Selection/switching for video signals to be displayed on a display device is conducted by an input switching signal inputted from a control line 7 newly arranged, in addition to a control signal from a IIC bus 8. Therefore, switching of video signals to be displayed on the display device can be done by two kinds of signals, one from the IIC bus 8 and the other from the control line 7. Therefore, switching of video signals to be displayed on the display device can be done accurately as follows. The video signals to be displayed on the display device are selected and a display is started using the control signal from the IIC bus 8, and then, the video signals currently displayed is ended, and a display for other video signals is started using the control signal from the control line 7.
