摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably binarize an RF signal even if the signal has high asymmetry to demodulate the data, in the reproduction RF signal of an optical disk. SOLUTION: In a binarization part 34 binarizing reproduced RF signal using a slice level, offset circuits 34e and 34f and comparators 34i and 34j are provided separately from a basic comparator 34c and an LPF 34d. The offset circuit 34e gives offset for data having a short period and the offset circuit 34f gives offset for data having a long period. Binarization output from the comparators 34c, 34i and 34j is switched and controlled by using a switch 34k. The switch 34k is switched and controlled according to data length of the reproduced RF signal, the binarized signal of the comparator 34i when data has a short period, the comparator 34c when data has a middle period and the comparator 34j when data has a long period is selectively outputted.
