PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily produce a plan by acquiring information as a basis of the plan in producing a diagram in a vehicle base, and to utilize the produced diagram by the other device. SOLUTION: This diagram producing device has a computer connectable to a graphic display, a magnetic disc unit, a keyboard, a mouse, an input-output device of a printer device, and a main line diagram producing device / vehicle history managing device / operation managing device in the base. The diagram in a basic vehicle base is easily produced by transmitting and receiving of information between these devices, and the produced diagram in the vehicle base is utilized by the operation managing device in the base and the main line diagram producing device.
