摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To elucidate a substance binding to an inositol-1,4,5-triphosphate (IP<SB>3</SB>) receptor (IP<SB>3</SB>R) and to provide a method for treating or diagnosing various abnormalities, diseases, etc., associated with the IP<SB>3</SB>R, a composition for regulating functions of a cell by binding to the IP<SB>3</SB>R and regulating the functions of the IP<SB>3</SB>R and a method for regulation using the same. SOLUTION: A regulator is composed of a cell skeleton protein 4.1N and regulates the intracellular localization of the receptor IP<SB>3</SB>R. An inhibitor of intracellular migration of the IP<SB>3</SB>R is composed of a peptide having an amino acid sequence constituting the C-terminal domain (CTD) of the cell skeleton protein 4.1N. Furthermore, a composition for detecting and identifying the IP<SB>3</SB>R comprising the peptide having the amino acid sequence constituting at least the C-terminal domain (CTD) of the cell skeleton protein 4.1N and a support for detection and identification is included.
