<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-frequency transmission line with low degradation of signals by resonance and a good high-frequency transmission characteristics in the high-frequency transmission line comprising a signal line 1 formed within a dielectrics E or on the surface of the dielectrics, ground lines 3a, 3b installed in either side of the signal line 1, and a ground plane 2 arranged in a position opposed to the signal line 1 via the dielectrics E. <P>SOLUTION: The ground lines 3a, 3b and the ground plane 2 are connected with each other by means of electrical resistors 4a, 4b. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
