<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize quietness of an apparatus by eliminating generation of impact sound of a solenoid valve or the like and to miniaturize a PSA (pressure swing adsorption) gas separation apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: The PSA gas separation apparatus having one or a plurality of adsorption cylinders filled with an adsorbent and a pump for feeding a mixing gas to an adsorption cylinder, has a conduit having one end connected to an air pump and an entrance and an exit of the adsorption cylinder; a gas port part connected with the other end of the conduit; a circular disc-like gas introduction part rotatably and closely arranged against the gas port part; and a motor for rotating the gas introduction part. In the apparatus, switching of action cycle is carried out by forming a flow passage corresponding to the action cycle for separating a gas by PSA by rotation-controlling the gas introduction part by the motor. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
