PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling device used for cooling the lymph node of the armpit at the time of a high fever and constituted so as to still more fix the coolant housing bags, which are arranged to both armpits of the human body, to both armpits by providing a belt for fixing the periphery of an arm to a coventional cooling device having the coolant housing bags. SOLUTION: Belts 31 are formed from both side surfaces of the coolant housing bags 1 in the conventional cooling device wherein shoulder strings 2, which are raised in a curved state and of which the circumference of a circle is slightly larger than that of the root part of an arm, and a connection string 15, which has a slide type clasp 10 having a loop end 30, for connecting one pieces of both shoulder strings 2 on the back side are used at the upper parts of both side surfaces of the coolant housing bags 1 arranged to both armpits of the human body to be throttled and clamped at the upper part of the back.
