<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a downsized humidified gas supply system which can quickly change the temperature or humidity of gas supplied to a fuel cell. <P>SOLUTION: The humidified gas supply system 10 supplies a product humidified gas to a fuel cell 11 continuously. This system comprises a vapor generating means 20 for generating vapor corresponding to the amount of water finally contained in the product humidified gas by heating supplied original water, a gas supply means 13 for supplying a raw material gas contained in the product humidified gas, and a mixing section 12 for forming the raw humidified gas by mixing vapor with the raw material gas supplied from the vapor generating means 20 and the gas supply means 13, and the system produces the product humidified gas having a predetermined flow rate, pressure, a temperature and humidity. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
