PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a stable continuous radio communication between a radio communication information processor and a radio communication base station while keeping high reliability regardless of conditions including an environment, a direction and a location of a place where the radio communication information processor is installed and the like, and to thus stably and continuously conduct information processing by the radio communication information processor while keeping high reliability. SOLUTION: The radio communication information processor has: an operation section 106; a display section casing 108 openably connected to the operation section 106; a radio communication means for communicating information by using an electric wave; and two antennas 122, 124 for transmitting and receiving the electric wave by the radio communication means. The two antennas 122, 124 are independently rotatably installed at both sides of the display section casing 108, respectively. The radio communication information processor (a notebook-size personal computer 100) conducts the radio communications under the best electric wave condition by rotating the two antennas 122, 124.
