Such composition of beverage allows caloricity to be reduced, foaming capacity and foam stability to be increased. Foam column height is increased by 5-6 times and foam stability is increased by 50-60 s. Beverage produces advantageous effect upon digestive, nervous, and cardiovascular system, and upon disease resistance. Also, said beverage allows water-saline balance of human organism to be kept.
