<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recognition grammar forming system capable of improving the judgment accuracy of the compatibility of a phrasing candidate and forming a recognition grammar of high accuracy by sorting a text corpus for retrieval. <P>SOLUTION: The recognition grammar forming system comprises a vocabulary database 1, a retrieval corpus selection section 7 which selects the corpus for retrieval for the purpose of examining the compatibility of the phrasing candidate and requests the retrieval of the phrasing candidate to the selected corpus, a retrieval result analysis section 9 which analyzes the retrieval result, a database updating section 6 which judges the compatibility of the phrasing candidate based the analysis result of the retrieval result analysis section 9 and the prescribed reference and stores the phrasings having the compatibility among the phrasing candidates into the vocabulary database 1, and a grammar forming section 3 which reads out the vocabulary from the vocabulary database 1 and forms the recognition grammar of the vocabulary complying with the grammar specifications. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
