INKJET HEAD AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein the electrical connection reliability of a base stand patterned with electrodes and piezoelectric elements is low in a conventional inkjet head. SOLUTION: In the inkjet head constituted so that an ink chamber is pressurized by the expansion and contraction of the piezoelectric elements fixed to the base stand to discharge ink droplets from nozzles, the pattern electrodes corresponding to individual electrodes and the solid electrode corresponding to a common electrode are printed on the base stand and a filler-containing resin material is interposed between the piezoelectric elements and the base stand while electrodes for electrically connecting the external electrodes of the piezoelectric elements to the pattern electrodes and solid electrode of the base stand are provided through the resin material.
