DATA RELAYING METHOD, DATA RELAYING DEVICE, AND DATA RELAYING SYSTEM USING THE DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily duplex a data relaying device without stopping relaying processing for data even in case of a fault.

SOLUTION: An MPLS router 20 comprising 1st and 2nd active routers 21 and 23 makes the 1st and 2nd active routers 21 and 23 answer the same control data as a reserve message for a pass message as a control data request from an opposite-side MPLS router 30 to handle fault occurrence on one active side without stopping the MPLS router.
