PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the adhesive strength of a film stuck on a transparent substrate, in a filter for a display unit.

SOLUTION: Frame printing is performed around the outer periphery of the transparent substrate and surface roughness of the exposed surface is controlled. The end part (outer periphery part) of the film to be stuck is overlapped and stuck on the surface of the frame printing part, and then sufficient adhesive strength can be obtained.
