PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent change of the relative position of a tube plate 3 to a tank body 4 during the brazing operation, in a tank structure in which the tube plate 3 is formed in a shallow groove, the tank body 4 is formed in a deep groove, and both the tube plate and the tank body are combined with each other. SOLUTION: The tube plate 3 and the tank body 4 are combined with each other, one or more portal body holding members 6 are fitted to the outer periphery thereof, and a leg end part 11 of a leg part 5 of the body holding member 6 is brought into contact with an outer surface of a small wall part 2 of the tube plate 3.
