PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tape-like narrow fabric such as a shoulder strap of comfortable skin touch with soft selvedges. SOLUTION: The tape-like narrow fabric comprises a main body and selvedges. In each of the selvedges, a central material comprising warps is provided, and a weave design is formed by the central material and wefts. Furthermore, an auxiliary member comprising a plurality of warps is woven in bag design so as to surround the central material, thus putting the auxiliary member in a covering manner around the central material.
