PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily prevent, at a low cost, a bearing and a sleeve member from being pulled out, even in a fixing roller that is made thin. SOLUTION: Heat-resistant sleeve members 23 are each disposed between the internal circumferential face of the bearing 24 and the peripheral face of the fixing roller 22. Each sleeve member includes a first flange 23a which extends in the radially outward direction of the sleeve member, and a second flange 23b which extends in the radially inward direction of the sleeve member.
